“We don’t see things as they are,
we see them as we are”.

Identity

To build self-knowledge, we explore everything that makes each of us, uniquely, us: our skills, values, beliefs, attitudes, emotions – the building blocks of personality.

Through a blend of individual, small and large-group exercises – including kinaesthetic learning - students engage with contemporary ideas, psychological frameworks and tools to explore who they are. We explore the dynamic nature of our personalities across contexts

We adopt a range of engaging and thought-provoking exercises including the Johari Window and Lumina Spark exercises and/or portraits.

We guide students away from ‘type’ thinking and towards the understanding that we are each more complex than any label that we have been given (or have given ourselves).

Within Identity, we sow the seeds of self-leadership not only via exercises but also through structured or ‘taught’reflection, something developed and embedded throughout the programme.
