Our pricing is simple: £25 per student*, per session with a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 30 students per session.

Within each option, we follow the same design and structure: exploring Identity, Insight and Impact, we engage students in the concepts of self-knowledge and self-efficacy to facilitate them becoming self-leaders.
*this does not include students who undertake a Lumina Spark personality portrait as part of exploring Identity and Self-Knowledge. Portraits are charged in accordance with Lumina’s fee model.
As Lumina Spark accredited practitioners, we believe that Lumina Spark portraits bring unique and positive insights for students into the dynamic nature of their personalities. Its trait, not type, based approach strengthens a sense of self through a more nuanced and inclusive assessment of their unique qualities. Lumina offers insight, not judgement; it helps students to see that a ‘low score’ in a particular quality is not a weakness – it is, instead, a reflection that using that quality simply requires more energy from you.
N.B. One complimentary Lumina Spark portrait and debrief is offered to a Headteacher or Senior Leader with each reservation.
